Return Period:

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Shipment Costs

The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer

International Returns

For returns outside the European Union, such as to Asia, the return costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Conditions

- The returned item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item should be unworn or unused, with all labels still attached.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase must be included.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
The amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

    • We will provide instructions on the return procedure and address.
    • Please adequately package the item to ensure its safety during shipping.
    • Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund.
    • The refund amount will be returned using the original payment method you used.

    Return Shipping Fees:

    If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover the return shipping fees.
    If the return is due to personal reasons, such as size discrepancy or dislike of the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

    Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Products:

    • Customized or personalized products: Typically, these products are made according to your specifications and requests, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted under normal circumstances.
    • Earrings: Due to hygiene considerations, returns or exchanges of earrings are generally not allowed. This is to ensure the next customer receives a brand-new, unused product.
    • Sale or clearance products: As these products are usually sold at a price below the market value, returns or exchanges are not provided.


    If your return request is approved and requires shipment, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the item is returned, you will receive a refund.
